We offered on our house October 12, 2015 and were set to close on December 3, rocky 2 months later, but a windstorm blew a tree over, which fell on the garage/living room roof. The seller's realtor was in charge of setting up repairs and was quick to line up contractors, but all repairs depended on the roof being completed and the roofers took 2 months to even turn to the property after submitting their estimate and accepting the deposit. Patty was fantastic throughout the process! She followed up each time a deadline/new timeline was close without me needing to ask, was quick to contact us with updates, never once pressured us to look at other houses when we started wondering if the repairs were ever actually going to be started, and generally encouraged and sympathized with us with each new frustration/extension. Thanks to her persistence and professionalism, we were finally able to close on the house February 11, 2016, and almost a year after moving in, we are still insanely happy with our home. We would heartily recommend Patty to others (and have already).

Patty is just an awesome person. She was right there each time we needed her. Looking at so many house was tough, but she kept pushing me enough to keep me going. It's a tough market top buy a home and Patty was a great negotiator. She also kept up on the lender status, working with the sellers agent, etc. I loved that she did all the documents electronically. That made logistics with signing documents so much easier.

We were so lucky to find Patty. She has a great personality. She went above and beyond to help us with our first home purchase. She was extremely patient in providing us with an overview of the process. Patty and Kristi were great at working around our schedule too. At my request, she provided me with recommendations for individuals and companies to assist with the other parts of the purchase process such as inspectors, contractors, and even furniture stores and flower shops. I highly recommend Patty for first time buyers. She is great at communicating and very responsive. She was really patient with all of our emails and calls and would always respond in a timely manner.

Patty helped us find a great home when we got stationed in Washington and helped us sell it when we had to move. We were stationed in another state when we bought our house and Patty made it possible with Skype and we got everything we wanted and more. She was able to get our house on the market within a couple of days of talking to her.
